Current scambait - William Terry (WEstern Union)

So, I have been 'chatting' with a Mr Wilson Terry, who is apparently the Managing Director of the Western Union Department of Plot 2 Kabale Road, Kampala, Uganda. They're using an AOL email address whose IP is pinging in New York City, New York USA - you know the one that's in Kampala, Uganda!

I have been sent compensation of US$1,750,000 through western union. The MTCN is 761-649-1642. Naturally i went and checked the mtcn online and money was sent in June, but is now awaiting a refund. I need to pay $125 to secure a International Transfer Permit Certificate in my name in order for the money to be released to me. Somewhere along the line, the IMF got involved and placed a refund on the transaction due to lack of said international Transfer Permit Certificate.

For your enjoyment, I have attached his ID (which is hilarious and confusing because i have never seen an ID that has someones height and weight before). I have an IMF Payment Scruinization Unit Transfer Stop order, which is a jpg, but is suspiciously large at 1.06mb

Any ideas how i can play this out and keep going.

Hint for the future - Please write "scammer" in big red text over the scammer's ID, and censor the MTCN please. These both help against scammers finding the ID and MTCN and using them in their own scams.

FWIW, my state-issued ID (a driver's license) has both my height and weight on it - or at least the details that matched 16 year old bware.
