With Amanda Anne going dark on me last week I picked up another lad to try and run them through the FWF wringer. I went looking for an orphanage lad, but not finding any I grabbed this one from ScamWarners.

Our cast:
Benjamin Dover - My main baiting character. He is a high ranking Keeper in the FWF and a founding member.
Erika Steeze - Senior Adjudicator for the FWF
J0y Bassey - Supposedly rich cancer patient who kindly wants to give me $21.5 million!

I decided to jump right in to the FWF portion of the bait here.

Thank you for your email. But unfortunately I am restricted from doing business with people outside of my organization. If you wish to join our organization so we can do business, I am able to assist with that.

We are however, looking for an orphanage or homeless shelter to sponsor. If you happen to know of any you may present them with my email to contact me.

I figured since I was looking for an orphanage lad I could get a random lad to puny up one for me. The lad just responded with their initial script again (for the sake of space I won't re-post it) so Ben sent another email in response.

Once again. I am restricted from completing transactions with outsiders. If you wish to join our organization then we could talk about accepting your charitable donation. We would then in turn locate a deserving person or charity to spend your generous donation on.

The lad then sent two back to back emails:

She has been difficult to break from the script and is not paying any attention to what Ben has told her. She may have caught the bit about Ben wanting to sponsor an orphanage since she brought up "young Peter."

I do wish to help you, but as I stated, I can not conduct business with persons out side of my organization. If you or this young orphan fellow, Peter, would be interested in joining my organization, then I could assist you. In fact- If young Peter would want to join, we could also provide aid to the orphanage that Peter is in.

I figured I left the door wide open for the lad to change gears, but they went quiet for a day. Ben sent this to see if they are still around:

I have not heard from you? Are you or young Peter interested in joining the First Wave Foundation? This would open up many avenues to provide young Peter and his orphanage with revenue. As a Keeper in the First Wave Foundation, Peter would receive a monthly stipend of $5,000. I would also allow him to keep your inheritance to fund the orphanage. The First Wave Foundation does not need the inheritance, we already have plenty of funds.

Maybe waving some of the money in their face the Foundation gives away will help a bit. Their next response was just another request for full details copied and pasted from the email above. This frustrated Ben a little bit:

Now... I know you are sick and on your death bed. But surely you can understand what I am saying now. Have younf orphan Peter get in touch with me. Maybe he will understand better. I'm sure you are on many mind altering medications right now.

Now it is time to bring in Erika. Ben directs the lad to her:

The subject line of his email should read: "FWF-ORPHAN-PROX-99". This is the file I have created for young Peter here at the Coalition of Council Keepers so we can track his progress. Once he begins his initiation, young Peter will receive a candidate serial number.

Now, until we get Peter fully initiated into the Foundation, we should speak no more of this cash box. We will make sure young Peter gets the money for his orphanage. Move quickly! If we are to honor your final wish, time is of the essence!

It didn't take long for Erika to receive and email from Joy. But sadly it was her initial script again... Since this will not do, Erika sent an email back to the lad:

Madam

Just how exactly did you come to have this email address? Just who are you? This email is for members and prospective members of the Coalition of Council Keepers. We do not accept public solicitations of any sort.

Erika also sent an email to all of the Council Keepers, which Ben forwarded to the lad and asked why she failed to follow directions:

Joy!! Look what you have done!!

I am forwarding this directly from the secure terminal of Senior Adjudicator Erika Steeze. She is absolutely livid, and frankly, my standing with the High Council is now in serious jeopardy!

You failed to follow my precise underwriting directions! I explicitly told you that the subject heading of your email MUST read: FWF-ORPHAN-PROX-99. Instead, you blindly fired your standard letter into her inbox without the clearance code, completely bypassing our digital firewall filters! Furthermore, you didn't state a single word about you or young Peter wishing to formally join the Foundation!

Erika has already flagged this as an unauthorized public solicitation. If the Council Keepers lock down my underwriting desk, we can speak no more of this $21.5 million cash box, and young Peter will get nothing for his orphanage!

I told you multiple times- NO ONE IN THE FOUNDATION CAN DO BUSINESS WITH OUTSIDE ENTITIES! THE ONLY WAY FOR US TO HELP YOU IS IF YOU OR YOUNG PETER JOIN THE FOUNDATION!!! Put FWF-ORPHAN-PROX-99 in the subject line.

State clearly that you or young Peter wish to initiate candidate protocol to join the First Wave Foundation.

Do not make me look like a fool in front of the C.O.C.K. roster again! Move quickly!

I may have overplayed my hand last week. I was out of town for almost a week and did not get a response from Joy at all... This bait may be over before I was able to really get it going. But I sent two pokes this morning to see if we can get them on back on the hook.

First Ben sent:

Apologies Joy my dear. I was restricted from using the computer to email you for the last few days because I admitted to giving Erika's email address to you. Once I explained your situation and the fact that you or young orphan Peter wished to join the foundation and how we are planning on aiding young orphan Peter's Orphanage, they let me out. You can go ahead and try emailing Erika again... Don't forget the special recruit tag I gave you for the subject heading of your email to her: FWF-ORPHAN-PROX-99. This way Erika knows for certain what the email is about and lets her know the reference came from me. I get a $5,000 bonus for recruiting new Keepers. I will donate that to young Peter's orphanage as well. Trying to dangle some extra $$$$ in front of them.

Then Erika sent:

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you and the abruptness of my previous mail to you. We had Master Dover in seclusion for breaking protocol in recruiting Keepers. We then determined that Master Dover did not breach protocol, you did. Master Dover gave you the proper format for your email but you failed to utelize it.

Now that we have the unpleasentness out of the way we can get down to grass tax. Master Dover explained that you or a young orphan Peter wish to join the First Wave Foundation as Keepers? This is most excellent. We are desperate to locate a Keeper in your sector. If you do wish to join please let me know. Do not forget the recruit code Master Dover provided to you in the subject line. This auto routs your email to the correct inbox.

I was actually getting ready to write down a message to your bank friend today, but I will not be ordered around like a dog. If you want to say goodby, then goodbye to you too. But if you want to keep doing business with Benjamin Dover, you will send a proper apology email for losing your temper. And I am not talking about some stupid 'copy and paste' bull shit. And for the record- YOU were the one who failed to do what was expected of you! You were to email Erika about joining the FWF, but what did you do? You just tried to wrap her up in your little boo hoo whoah is me bull shit! You have no intention of joining the FWF do you? Then put me in touch with the orphan Peter also. If you do not want the help of the FWF then I am sure a young man in his position would love the $5,000 per month stipend that come with joining.

I felt like Ben's response needed to be balanced, so as though Erika had not heard anything she sent:

I figured best to keep Erika's email fairly bureaucratic and neutral since Ben got a little fiery.

We will see if this gets us anywhere, but I fear this one may be nearing an inevitable conclusion...

Tbh, I think this bait may have been derailed due to yelling at Joy. It's still kind of early in the bait, and the lad isn't hooked fully yet, curious, but not hooked. So the best policy would've to have remained as nice as possible with them, and nonchalant when things go wrong.

That's how my May character does, she's unemotional and just shuts everything down calmly if the lad isn't functioning correctly. The lads usually come back begging for second chances. I have tried yelling, and in my opinion, the most success comes when the characters appear calm, collected, and rational.
