I found this email on the fraudfighters.online website (have since submitted a SW posting with it) and decided to bait this guy:

I went along with it in order to see how the site worked. It was pretty well structured for a farce:

Sure thing the transfer was fake. As soon as I clicked on the transfer button, a crude error dialogue box came up saying something like "You need to pay the T.A.X. code before completing transfers!" So I wrote Barker:

Hello! Everything is going along okay, but I did get a request by the automated transfer system to put in a TAX code. I don't know what that is so I contacted the customer service chat. Everything seems top of line though, so thank you!

Then it happened in the morning. The site went down during the night (pretty speedily lol) and the scammer crew found out:

Mary woke up on the morning of June 5th, finally putting two and two together:

I decided to be a difficult client and didn't even bother going to the new fake bank. I just reported it this time.

No, I cannot "log in without any delay". I put in my email and password and the system kicked me out without hesitation. Exactly what is going on and how long do I have to wait until the original website is done with the maintenance?

I promptly vanished for the weekend and came back on June the 9th to find the second website gone and everyone in shambles. I sent a fake slip to Barker, but he'd lost his email and it bounced. So I wrote a letter to Warren expressing my concerns:

Dear Mr. Buffett:

I just sent email to the bank and it bounced. Then I tried logging into the bank and the website gave me another 404 error. What exactly is going on, are things really that bad with maintenance over there? I just came back from checking on my beach house over the weekend and didn't need this to happen. Please inform, because this is really frustrating.
