Thank you very much for your e-mail. In former times, we did not have
a administrative charge. But then the German Finanzamt (tax authorities)
came to us and said, that we have to pay a tax on these fund releases.
For we have a huge bureaucracy here in Germany, we did everything to
satisfy the Finanzamt in order not to get any more trouble. For this
reason, we cannot wire only the difference between the Released
Amount and the administrative charge. This would not work with the
laws. We then started to trust the people that they send us the
charge back when they get the money but a lot of people did not do.
That is the reason, that we now insist on having the administrative charge
prior to the release of the Fund money.

I hope you will understand our point of view. As I said there will be no
problem to wire you the amount but I need a validation of the incoming
administrative charge

send to his fax number. He will approve it and send me the certificate of exemption so you

number unfortunately the fax didn't go through in fact i have sent the scan
copy of the form to Sister Heißwie since the number is not going through ,i
ven tried to call her to inform about it ,i couldn't get through to her as
well .
